One Cell Systems is developing and marketing a family of single cell assays for research and bioprocessing applications.

GMD Assays. Gel Microdrop assays rely on microencapsulation and flow cytometry. Technology underlying these products has been developed internally and licensed from MIT and other institutions and is protected by numerous issued and pending patents. Corporate headquarters are located in Cambridge, MA and include a Cell Screening Service Center equipped with several flow cytometers, fluorescence activated cell sorters and digital imaging workstations. GMD assays support cell line development, antibody and recombinant protein production and research applications.

Oligo Fish Probes. Oligo FISH probes have been developed to support molecular diagnostics and cytogenetic applications. These probes rely on novel labeling methods and unique configuration of multi-color fluors. Hybridization is complete in 5 minutes.
