Description
Cell Biologist
– Ph.D.
Screen
transfected and hybridoma cell lines for
high secretors, antigen specificity,
or IgG class switches. Train
bioprocessing, cell biology and flow cytometry
customers. Experience
with monoclonal antibody development, characterization,
and
labeling is preferred.
Immunologist/Flow
Cytometrist – Ph.D.
Assist in developing multiparameter secreted
cytokine assays for analysis and
generating antigen specific patient
cell lines for potential immunotherapy. Experience
with ELISPOT, Luminex, and intracellular
staining is preferred. Validate reagents for
test kits.
Molecular
Biologist – Ph.D.
Support development of several novel assay
formats including: reporter gene,
secreted enzyme, phage library
screening, and drug susceptibility. Must have
strong
interdisciplinary research skills
and enjoy moving technology from the lab to
the
market.
Post
Doc/Research
Associates – Ph.D./MS/BS
Several positions available.
Research
Associate – MS/BS
Work under the direction of PhD scientists,
developing in situ DNA and RNA
hybridization-based diagnostic
assays. Previous experience with in situ hybridization
methods, including probe labeling,
cell culturing and fixation and digital imaging,
and
general molecular biology techniques
such as cloning and PCR, is highly desirable.
Bachelor’s degree with
3-5 years experience, or masters degree with
1-2 years
experience
