GMD secretion assay enriched (3.B4) and control (TIB-114) cell lines were cultured for up to 4 months and the culture supernatants analyzed over this time using the supernatant assay (a standard immunoassay). The data shows 3.B4’s high secretion phenotype is stable over 4 months.
