TIB114 hybridomas were encapsulated and analyzed for secretion. The top 50, 20 10, 5, 1, and 0.1% of microdrops exhibiting PE fluorescence were sorted and cultured. The amount of secretion of IgG was measured by using the supernatant assay (a standard immunoassay).
